The Eldon Thacker Show

ahhhh... should've been listening to the Rock Box last Fri night...Jimmy Caster Bunch double shot..where else ya gonna get that ??? :D

I do. Funny story about my latest acquisition. I found a 60s Zenith table AM/FM radio (tubes!) in an antique mall in Franklin. I was testing it at the counter and all I was picking up were country stations. I joked that I could tell it was a Nashville radio because of that. I made everybody laugh.

you might be surprised after you get out of the big towns how many people still listen to AM. It's the only connection to the county in most cases for anything (read blood and crime) television doesn't cover. I know I was when I started doing a two one hour shows here in Gallatin. Don't write AM off yet, at least out of City.
