The Emmys

Jeff Rollins said he was pleased about Don Rickles getting honored. He has been a fan for years. He also said only he could get away with being so abusive, because he was really such a nice guy.

He said he liked "Mad Men" after discovering it by accident, thinking it was a movie.

Gary Owens looked and sounded old when they did the "Laugh-In" tribute. Is he still doing radio?

On the newscast at the top of the hour, I heard Jeff Probst say he wasn't sure the opening monologue by the five hosts worked. I personally would have liked to see more clips of the shows being honored and less nonsense.
