The end of The CW Daytime?

Just last night, I saw a promo for Don't Forget the Lyrics on KGCW in the Quad Cities. Apparently, the show will air at 4:30 P.M., displacing Tyra. If this ain't further evidence that the CW's daytime lineup is coming to an end....

I believe that it was announced some time back that the CW daytime block is being phased out -- and really, what purpose has it served? Since the old WB kids' block became irrelevant, there hasn't been anything to justify the existence of the two hour afternoon block.

In another year or so, affiliates should have both hours back.

I'm sure Jeanine Pirro is glad that she left that sinking ship.

The CW Daytime retains the first hour... for Best of Tyra!

If Tyra repeats are all that's left, won't some CW stations decide to pre-empt for other programming instead?
