The End of "YUUUP"

Actually, these are the remaining Season 3 episodes. S3/E23 and S3/E24 are new episodes to be shown Tuesday night.

Season Finale: Barry is the winning bidder on a locker, only to discover Dave Hester's dead body behind
a faux Louis XIV sofa combo. The show becomes an episode of CSI: Irvine until Chumlee awakes to find
that all prior seasons of Storage Wars were just a bad dream he was having. Then he goes back to his
job hunting wild hogs in the Texas swamps.

I think this show works because of the personalities. Even if you dont like them, Dave, Darrell, Barry are interesting. The TX show just didnt do it for me. But from what I read, what Daves lawyer wanted was for him not to be brought into any lawsuits that came out of a discovery of fraud etc, etc and the network wouldnt sign off on that. It did seem weird that often you would have these lockers full of junk with one really valuable antique in there, or the ones where there would be a bunch of money. Unless you are Breaking Bad, who leaves a bunch of cash in a storage locker and then abandons it.

Though I believe there was a "Storage Wars" episode in which a locker actually had thousands of dollars in cash -- with Dave being the lucking winner of that locker.
