Just checked it out... don't see what you are referring too...
 
Ouch hate it when that happens, but it is funny none of the other stations in the cluster were not affected...

I think we either need one more or one less negative here. Unless it is actually true that none of the other stations were not affected, in which case, they were all affected. But, who am I to say whether they were not affected or not?
