The Fanatic Goes Dutch

ESPN 97.5/The Fanatic has announced the newest member of its airstaff: Darren Daulton, aka "Dutch." The former Phillies catcher will host a new nightly show called "Talkin' Baseball with Dutch." It will air weeknights at 6 PM for the duration of the baseball season, starting Monday. Per the article below, he will be "joined by" Mike Missanelli (whose show normally airs weekdays from 3-7 PM) as well as John Marks.

This is a similar deal to what the ESPN Radio station in New York is doing; currently, the fourth hour of "The Michael Kay Show" (which normally airs from 3-7 PM, like Missanelli) is "pre-empted" for "New York Baseball Tonight," which is considered "part of" Kay's show.

Ironically, the aforementioned Kay's show used to start at 2 PM in New York, up until Cowherd cut his show back an hour. So with that show now ending at 1 PM, there is a new two-hour show (co-hosted by former WPEN personality Jody MacDonald) airing until Kay starts at 3 PM.
