The Horn & Hardart reference (I wonder how many people don't get it?) is absolute genius. I can almost hear the late Dan Ingram on WABC: "Let my lunch open the door, written by Horn and Hardart many years ago..." and nine out of ten ilsteners wouldn't get it. I believe the late Peter Schickele (a.k.a. P. D. Q. Bach) wrote a classical parody piece entitled "Symphony for Horn and Hardart."
