Thanks, Ed.The Horn & Hardart reference (I wonder how many people don't get it?) is absolute genius. I can almost hear the late Dan Ingram on WABC: "Let my lunch open the door, written by Horn and Hardart many years ago..." and nine out of ten ilsteners wouldn't get it.
