The Fox/Time Warner Cable carriage dispute

Why would you have to have a Fox News affiliation to broadcast Rush? Premiere and Fox are separate entities

If that were a requirement (and it's not), then some of Rush's biggest market signals would be history such as ABC radio news affiliates WMAL, WLS and WABC and CBS radio affiliate WPHT.

Fox News radio network has absolutely nothing to do Rush's syndication. Same goes for Hannity's radio show.

I think there is some sort of deal between Clear Channel and Fox News regarding Fox News Radio, like top of the hour news being from Fox News Radio and carrying some of Fox News Radio's programming. For a short while, if I remember correctly, WPHT in Philly, a CBS owned station, did carry top of the hour Fox News but, went back to Metro for news and now in house KYW-TV for weather.
