"The Fugitive" DVD

I have been anxiously awaiting the release of the original TV show "The Fugitive" and checked out a copy of it today. I was most surprised to see a disclaimer on the back stating the music was changed and the show itself may be edited differently. Surely they have not botched up this great show for DVD. Has anyone bought this yet? I put it back down on the rack afraid to buy it. If we don't have the original theme music with the William Conrad narratives, then a lot has been lost.

The original William Conrad narratives and the original theme is all there, plus the first season opening where they show Kimble and Gerard on the train taking Kimble to death row and the train derails and Kimble escapes. The original announcements are all there plus the guest star announcements and the title of the show announced is there as well.

I don't really know what "music changes" or any editations they are talking about because I have seen all of the episodes in syndication and A & E (the A & E episodes were a little bit different because they put the title after the credits with no announcer) and I didn't hear any music by any one person to prompt any music changes or anything they are talking about on the DVD.

Go ahead and buy it, because you might not ever see The Fugitive (the TV version) anywhere else.
