The Future of 1040 Flemington?

sat: No, a translator frequency doesn't already need to be active to be used for AM supplimenting. New ones pop on and are being applied for by the boxful. However, they must be in, and not exceed, the AM's primary coverage area. No rimshots, no bleedovers, no flamethrowers.
