Well, I hate to bring bad news but DKAPV-LP didn't make it. It's the first LPFM casualty in town. So the frequency is probably going to the ghost translator that moved a couple times last year and didn't broadcast once!! The FCC should have looked more closely. Oh well they now want to move to the same tower that 102.3 is on, relaying the same primary station as 102.3.
