The Future of Talent

Here's an opinion piece about how the model for radio talent appears to be changing, in terms of how specific talent such as Charlamagne, Ebro, and Bobby Bones are combining platforms on their own rather than having it done for them by radio companies:


In fact what he's talking about is exactly what Howard Stern and Imus did in the 90s. Or what Dick Clark did in the 70s and 80s. What's old has become new again.
