This Morning in all Access Entercom is looking for the Next New Talk Visionary - ENTERCOM SVP/Programming PAT PAXTON tells ALL ACCESS that the company is on the hunt for the "next wave of smart, ambitious, courageous, rule breaking, new thinking, old school hating News/Talk PD’s."
This is what's needed here in Sacramento - the perfect place "106.5FM" the Signal is Outstanding for this format - A fresh new approach to News and Talk with exciting personalites - the ones the "other news talk station left behind" concentrate on being local with state issues that reflect's the community, if Entercom had the guts they would sieze the opportunity NOW hopefully they are.
The programming on the "other news station" is good but its been the same thing for many years and although 99% of the budget for all the stations in that building goes to it, it still sounds old and very tired
without anyone to challenge you why change its a cash cow, but the time is needed to change
