The lineup and signal issues are basically to blame, but maybe most is that there are so many people in Bud's ear and he picks and chooses who to listen to. The hierarchy, or lack there of, is as big a fault as anything. There are too many people there who feel they have control. Bud needs to establish a firm hierarchy of leadership below him. Of course this has been happening for a long time and it probably won't change.
The morning and afternoon shows aren't very fluid. Each show needs a better direction. The morning now has three people and not one of them can really lead a show. Willy Daunic nor Gregg Pogue in the afternoon are a show leader. Gregg Pogue is closer to a show host than Willy. Together they might have a chance, but the roles are sort of reversed. They could be great with a driver in the seat with them. You need a Kevin Ingram or George Plaster in each show to really get a good flow. Darren McFarland and Brad Hopkins would be good if they had a Kevin Ingram. You have to have someone who knows where the show is going and how to drive it there. Not one person currently on the air at the Game knows how to do that. Everyone there is a good on the air in the right role. Joe Dubin isn't the answer in the morning show. He is a good piece, but isn't a show Host.
