The Game Reshuffles Midday Lineup

Beginning Tue. 9/4/2012:

Greg Papa joins John Lund in The Wheelhouse from 12-3pm (previously 10am-2pm) and
Chris Townsend joins Matt Steinmetz from 10am-Noon.
Townsend was formerly on from 6-10pm; he'll continue with A's weekday pregame duties.
The Drive with Brandon Tierney moves to 3-7pm; new co-host soon to be announced.
New show to be added from 7pm to ?

Cleaver use of "A's" as an adverb. If only the bank's receiver had not been so greedy when the A's were about to buy KTRB, then KGMZ wouldn't have this problem now. If.....

The 95.7 freq in SF is cursed!!


I have lost count how many formats have been on that last freq since Z95.7 , and even that station is a flash in the pan compared to other longer lasting CHR's in the Bay Area over the years.

•Z95.7 (Top 40) 1997-2002
•The Drive (Classic Rock) 2002-2003
•The Bear (Country) 2003-2005
•Max-FM (Variety Hits) 2005-2007
•The Wolf (Country) 2007-2011 (the best of all of these)
•The Game (Sports) 2011-Present

Six prior formats in 18 years. That may beat 98.9, which used to switch formats like I change my socks, but has been "Estereo Sol" for a long time now.
