The Gordon Keith Show

That was the premiere?

I don't know a thing about this person (I believe he works at The Ticket, and I think I have a bobblehead of him somewhere in my collection.) Is this to replace that nightly TV-52 sports show? Or is this a guy-talk thing? And what's the purpose of officially calling it "WFAA'S GORDON KEITH SHOW"? Too embarrassing if someone catches it for the first time on li'l ol' Channel 52?

I didn't watch long enough to know much about it, but it just seemed like another Gen-Xer attempt at a talk show...doesn't know to dress up or shave or be presentable for TV, and tries to give that unplanned, unscripted approach to it. Yawn. Might be a better fit for middays over at Fox 4.

So what's the back story here? Why is this show on and what's it's purpose?

Seems "The Devils Own" wants to branch out into TV. I wish em the best of luck...BTW, you can catch the replay tonight, sat and sun at 10pm on 8.2

Gordon lives in own pocket dimension, abeit a small one where he, corby davidson and their friends only exist. I personally dont dig on the "Ticket" thing myself, seeing im more of a "serious sports" junkie and not a fratboy. Why people are attracted to em, thats the million dollar question

WFAA's Jeff Brady plugged the show during the 5PM news today. I guess there's some level of investment from Belo in this. I probably made too many inferences on my other post, since I didn't stay with the show long enough to pass a well-researched judgment...but I'm still unclear on who, what, and especially WHY. Is this show going to be relegated to Ch 52 and to 8.2 only? Personally, I'd rather see Jeff Brady or Debbie Denmon hosting something with a little irreverence but with some purpose...perhaps with a local twist...maybe along the lines of "The Daily Show" meets "News 8 Metro," with some Jack Brown sensibilities and a little "Encounter '79" mixed in (is that too obscure a reference?)

Drunk frat boys at 10pm on a thursday night. Sounds like they need to undergo counseling.

So, this video abortion is still airing? Shows that belo is desperate for programming on both 52 and 8.2
