Who did the history? Jeff Davis?

Perhaps it would be more appropriate for a late night time slot, when the old time radio shows are on. If it were my choice, I would have have programmed oldies from the "Musicradio" era. Even if they didn't have the old DJ's, it would still have been nice to hear them again.
I did notice that the program had an awfully heavy spot load. I waited and waited... and waited for the spots to finish... I guess that's the price of having a 50 kW signal... ya gotta feed the squirrels!

For others complaining about the Prairie Farmer segments taking up too much of the program...Rementer Musicradio only lasted about 28 years versus the 36 years for the Prairie Farmer. The Talk of Chicago has been here for about 21. I loved last year's Big 89 Rewind. That's what I grew up with. I've always been interested in radio history anyway. Why doesn't WMAQ/SSCR, WGN & WBBM do something like that?
