The Holiday Lite

Uh....I'm not going to predict anything. But each of the last two years, I was in Germany when they did it. My next trip to Germany comes up November 2-6.
 
They're moving it up this year, because I'm going to be in Germany October 25-28. :)

A little too early for Christmas Market, unfortunately...

What!!! Again??? It is much way too early for Christmas already!!!
I haven't gotten any ghostly chills yet nor heard any ghost stories yet on radio,
all except the ones I already brought on DVDs from FYE....

It's the best news I ever heard! Now I can really celebrate Holloween all year long!
No more sadness no more of that Christmas Cheer! Its all ghosts and spooks all the way!
Now Ressurection Mary can really come out and give all of us a real thrill ghost story
that can cure our sadness during Christmas time......

Not so fast... They've just announced that Valentine's Day has been expanded to four months. So Lite will celebrate with wall-to-wall Delilah 24/7 from now until then!
 
More bad news for Santa and Radio. Santa just handed out pink slips to 17 elves, after budget cuts at the North Pole. There will be no Christmas Lite this year.
 
I support them doing it as early as possible. A station that is #1 such as WLTW/NY should wait longer. This is a different situation, WLIT will get an instant ratings boost from all holiday music.
 
I seriously doubt that they wont play christmas music this year.....they dont need to damper much more of the country we live in without the sounds of happy christmas season. jesus would be upset!

I guess they are already to begin!!!

KOIT in San Francisco went All-Christmas on Monday...on its HD-2 channel!
