I know it won't improve the economy or lower the price of gas...unless you're referencing some of the hot air that could occasionally be heard during his morning show? :p

I reposted the thread from the New York board just in case some people here on the Providence board dont jump around or read the top scroller.
It's a story that was published in the NY POST.Also,During WFAN's 20 year aniversary they were airing old clips of him.They can't be to pissed off if they were airing clips of someone they fired.That alone is suspicious of a possible return.
I watch the WWE and the past week and a half there has been no mention of Chris Beniot(the wrestler who killed himself and family).Last night on ECW they aired a match that he was supposed to be in during the original airing his name was mentioned last night that blantently cut his name out.
I know the comparison is a stretch but I hope I made my piont.

As for Imus making a return to WFAN and Syndication.I see it happening but he wont have as many affiliates.
I am 51/49 % that WHJJ may put the show back on.The current morning show is horrible.
We know WTKK 96.9 out of Boston would put him on tomarrow if they could.Last I know.Morning drive has been a revolving door with different hosts and part of the midday shift is unstable.They(WTKK) would take it as a blessing to fill in a void.
