The Jersey Guys near fight ??

Craig Carton said today a near fight almost broke out in A.C. on Friday.

If you listen to the Jersey Guys there is a guy John from Hazlet who always calls and insults Ray Rossi and really gets under Ray's skin. It seems John was at the live broadcast in Atlantic City on Friday. Ray Rossi who said in the past that he and late night host Tommy G are good friends was also there. From what I'm hearing Craig said a near fight almost broke out between John and Tommy G. I was away the end of last week and missed the broadcast. Did anyone hear this on Friday or is Craig kidding?

Well we are in the Summer Book! and they do need a book promo, guess they ran out of people to disrespect and nationalities to put down! Happy Radio

Now I know some of you dislike The Jersey Guys but as you can tell I enjoy them and here's why. Take yesterday, they did a bit where by they had to find out who lied, a producer or Ms. Jersey Guy. They arranged for a lie detector test to be given to both. It was interesting and funny but also showed the producer lied. No other NJ radio show that I sample takes the effort to do this. Like them or hate them but I feel you have to respect them for the work they put into their program.

I thought Craig said that Tommy G called in & he got them the lie detector guy. You've got to listen to Craig very closely. He takes a lot of credit for things that other people do.

I didn't hear that but Tommy G seems like he is part of the team and he does work there so it was a group effort with Craig as the quarterback. Craig and Ray asked the questions some very funny and executing the polygraph bit. I think you are spiltting hairs but the end result was it was good radio and that's why they have the ratings they have.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by Foxradio on 07/14/05 06:51 PM.</FONT></P>
