The KFYI & Xtra Exodus

What a year for KFYI and Xtra. It's ben a record Exodus of hosts, management, and staff.

I'm shocked Gambo and Ash are leaving. What a stunner. Count them among those who know KFYI and Xtra who've climaxed and are on the way down. They said on the air it's time for something else. It's exactly what all of us, except the CC koolaid drinkers (give them credit for still believing although of course they really don't), have been saying for a few months now.

People don't leave when a station is on the way up.

This is the kind of fleeing you'd expect to see if KT'R were now beating KFWhyEye in the ratings, but not before. I know there's a list on this board somewhere of all the people who have left CC Phoenix this year. I never thought Gambo and Ash would be on that list this year.

It was a shock to hear that Gambo and Ash decided to leave XTRA. I recently left XTRA (non on-air position) to work at another station but while I was there I never imagined all this would go down just in the month and a half after I was gone.
