THE KILBORN FILE TO RETURN TO MYNETWORKTV?

Hmm...was this the late night talk show that they were looking into a few years ago?
 
I think I heard of this show. Never had it on in my neck of the woods, but it would be a great idea for The Kilborn File to air on My Neteork TV...
 
Well the web address is owned by FOX. It makes sense, since they own it to redirect it to something rather than just let the url go staic and unused
 
Craig Kilborn bailed from his CBS late night show some years ago (replaced successfully by Craig Ferguson) and he's been virtually invisible since then. A couple years back, IIRC, Kilborn did a couple of weeks of pilot shows along the lines of what he'd been doing on CBS, and they aired on MyNetwork affiliates in New York, LA and a few other big markets. If it got good sampling and good reviews, the show was going to be plugged into the MyNetwork national schedule either in prime time or late night.

Evidently the numbers weren/t good because after the trial run ended, nothing more was heard of it or of Kilborn.
 
Actually, Bob, they were Fox network O&O's. Some of them aired the pilot in the "prime access" hour prior to prime time.
