The Killers

Are we human, or are we dancer?? Really? I haven't heard the new CD, but if this is any indication of what its like, I feel some puke coming up. Hot Fuss was great. Sam's Town not so much. Have they continued to go downhill? Is the new album worth listening to?

Does it matter? I thought this board was about discussing the potential music as well as changes on the Alternative format. Not for people to post arbitrary statements.

A title like that really makes me wonder. Im concerned.

....as in "one-hit wonders."

Regardless of my opinion (and yours, for that matter) the fact remains that the band has had SEVERAL hits on the Modern Rock format and remain one of Alternative's biggest acts (in terms of record sales, ticket sales, etc.) this decade.

A lot of bands are now doing this reverse hipster, New Wavey, euro dance thing. Im not really digging it. Of Montreal is a perfect example. All these hipster jabronies are gaga over Of Montreal, but not me. Could the Killers be doing the same thing? I'll have to find out.
