I can barely hear them....

More likely they're still at full power but the atmosphere is playing games. The last few days have been full of e-skip events that can easily bring stations (or at least interference) in from hundreds of miles away, enough to disrupt reception of nearly-but-not-quite-local signals like the Lake.
 
The one and only. I have to say that I experienced some fading and picket fencing in the car on my regular route to work today. That's a first for me. I too wonder if it's a power issue rather than atmospherics.

Weren't we discussing the same issue about fellow Entercom station WWKB a short while ago? I can tell you while I was working at Entercom the G. M. did go around turning off light switches. Sometimes in a room I was in.
