Well cowboys it is the end of an era of bad ratings as the final meaningless Winter Book is released :'( With the PPM arriving in three weeks these numbers mean absolutely nothing and I predict your final winnerz in the Diary are KIRO Newsradio KMPS, KZOK, KUBE and KRWM. In three weeks your winners in the PPM will be KIRO sportsradio driven by the Mariners, THE WOLF and KBKS. :eek: Change is finally coming to Seattle radio. The old line morning shows of Rivers, K@A and Ichabod will be replaced with BJ Shea, Fitz and J@B. Howwllllllllll, the change I predicted over two years ago will finally come to pass in three weeks ;D

Out with the old...in with the new 8) Big props to the old line stations that have had a hell of a run. This takes nothin away from them, but PPM is a whoooolllleeee new ballgame cowboys and the phantom numbers given to heritage shows will now have to be earned. It is a horserace and will be good for radio in the end, in this cowboy's view 8)
 
Didn't even predict the diary numbers right. The Winter 2009 Book is out and in the prime sales demo it was KZOK, KISW, KMPS, KIRO, KPLZ. Women went to KPLZ and KMPS and Men went to KZOK and KISW. KISW and KUBE got 18-34. Not a lot of change really except maybe a poor showing for KRWM, but they usually drop after Christmas and come back again in the Fall. For 12+ it was KIRO and KTTH.

Maybe PPM will change things, but from the look of the Winter Book: Rivers, Kent and Alan and Ichabod seem to be doing just fine. I can't believe all of these numbers will evaporate by the end of July when the first PPM's are released.
 
Chill cowboys. I got KIRO, KMPS, KZOK and KUBE right in the diary just KPLZ did better than WARM. Big deal that is like choosing cold spit versus Warm spit :p I said Rivers, K@A and Ichabod get favored in the diary and this Winter book just proved my point. ;D Now bring on the PPM and see if I get the rest of this right. Maybe I will miss one...eewwwwwwww I am such a loser :-X
