the last non xmas 98 @ 9 for 2010? Prepare yourselves!

tis' the season for Christmas B, does this mean no more regular soft rock and big 80s weekends until 2011? (or at least until 12/26). Prepare yourselves! I'm gonna miss hearing all my soft rock favorites, that new one from Kelly Clarkson "Behind These Hazel Eyes" is a great song! Love it!

I heard Kelly McCoy the other day say something like "... and we play over 98 minutes of music every weekday morning starting at 9. We call it our 98 at 9". Really? That's what you call it? I thought you call it "Bob".

Wow, that is very very very sad if anybody considers Behind These Hazel Eyes a "new" song. But then, what can you expect from B98.5? While other soft AC stations play Katy Perry, Michael Buble, Bruno Mars, and The Script, this station lags behind on song quality and listenability. I'm sure the Arby's employees will be mad at me if I changed the station.

Droll posts so far here. What is it that you'd have B98.5 do? It's not like their ratings are bad. Someone's doing something there right, at least as far as what the target audience wants. Be as snide as you like, but they're doing pretty well, aren't they?

No matter how boring the programming on 98 gets, it's never as boring as caller10's lame attempts at milking an old joke a long, long, long time after it's sell-by date.
