KOKE is on 98.5, and KOKE 99.3, KLBJ 99.7, KDRP on 100.1 (which is heard where 99.7 starts to fade) then you have 96.3 also a lot of the Austin Radio stations are on Westlake sticks. You also have to factor in the terrain.
104.5 is a pure bleedover with 101.9 and other frequencies on portable radios in the Downtown San Antonio area, used to be 102.7 that did that. One of these days, I am going to record myself listening to my Walkman in a car downtown in San Antonio, and I am not talking about just my Panny I regularly use.
105.7 comes in strong downtown without bleedover from KZEP.
I think a logical question to ask is where is KZEP's towers, and the proposed CP on Datapoint for 104.9? And the power and distance between the two?
Moving around their proposed sites on the application, indicates such a problem with interference.
