The Law Firm - Bravo

An interesting case will be coming up on the next episode. Actually I'm wrong, it's a stupid frivilous case:

A man who ran in the L.A. Marathon last year was photographed by a photographer from outsports.com (it's a sports fan site geared towards gay people) the guys picture was among a bunch of pictures that accompanied the story. It wasn't a stroy on a gay event or anything, it was simply reporting on the marathon. And no names or anything went with the pictures. So what does this guy do? Claims his life was ruined, his name is ruined, and the website "defamed" him by having his picture on the website. He's supposedly not gay himself, but that doesn't matter anyway, the case will be shown on The Law Firm.
