The Loop & Q101

I think the better question is, will Q101 still be owned by Emmis by year's end?

Yes Emmis wants to leave chicago, but if that was the case why didn't they just leave the Loop as it is, instead of trying to go up against the Drive. Which is the point of the question, if they skewed the Loop to CR, why not Q101 AR?

Are there enough advertisers out there that crave an audience that's basically clones of Beavis and Butt-Head?

Since the Loop is Classic Rock once again, is Q101 going active rock? Seems only right I'd think.

Emmis already airs Active Rock in Chicago: 97.9 'Loop Loud' WLUP-HD2.

Oh really see they don't advertise it and so far how many listeners have HD radio ?? Has HD proved to have a solid share yet?!?!

Do you think 5,000 people in the Chicago area even have an HD radio?

Amazingly, they don't stream, either from their own website or via TuneIn. That'd get them more listeners than HD radio ever will.
