I've listened to this station several times this week. They went with a live staff but unfortunetly they opted to keep their miserable morning show. As a 40+ adult I find it to be a tune out. I can't believe that they allow this guy to continue working there. Nothing about it makes me want to listen except for the music which seems to be pretty good. It would be a plus for Magic to hire Boomer. He was great on oldies 93 and the old magic.
 
Old Bob and Ditzy Leslie - Good Grief! If Bob had any real on-air talent, he is the right age to pull off Oldies, but he trips over his words and I don't think he really does any show prep.
 
If he does do show prep its minimal! I didn't know the Electric Weenie was around anymore!
 
Should have kept Carmen Brown and ditched Leslie and Bob
 
Eggman was a long time Charlotte personality.

I though Collins was the whiz-bang.. Nope didn't reject any tapes from me..As someone previously posted.. Too Cheap and I ain't looking! I do however probably know more about that station than anyone alive!
 
"Bob is the PD"....ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Anyone who knows that station knows that Tom Collins overides anything any so-called "PD" might think about doing. Tom knows everything. ;D
 
Any word on if Majic 94.1 will move their signal closer to charlotte? I have a very hard time getting this station on my car radio and at home. I live east of charlotte not to far from concord. I thought their coverage was supposed to include my area...
 
Nope, Rowan County did not approve the rezoning, so 94.1 remains part of the Triad market. Still wonder what's going to happen with 105.3.
 
I'm wondering too about 105.3. From what I've been listening to so far, they are still in gaffney,sc playing somewhat a country music mix. Anyone else know?

Wish charlotte radio would change. Alot of people I know are complaining.

Where is Boomer now? I was listening to Lite 102.9 a couple of weeks ago and the guy doing traffic sounded a lot like him...
