Driving to work southbound on the Gulf Freeway, I DXed quite a few stations. First, there was a brief battle with 93Q but I couldn't tell what the other station was. Then there was 94.9 The Works from the valley. Then came a big one; Z95.3 way out from south Mississippi, a classic rock format. 96.1 pulled in a country format from Lake charles, 97.3 came in but was not KJ97 in SA. However, Magic 105.3 came in pretty clear though. Then a few Beaumont signals, 102.5, 104.5 & 106.1.
 
Until KIOX 96.1 came on the air I use to could get KYKZ pretty regular down in Lavaca county, 106.1 was a regular, sometimes KMKS and KTCX would fight againts each other. No luck pulling in KLTO? I'm surprized it does not come in sometimes down that way as close as it gets to the 64db area.
