Friscop - you might get responses to this if you posted it on the SF radio board. I was not a big KMEL fan in the day, but I do remember that Ron Engleman was the other hosting half of the Morning Zoo. He passed away recently.

One could assume from your handle that you live in the Bay Area, but in case not: Renel has been hosting the morning drive show for about 8 years on 98.1/Kiss-FM (KISQ). She's also the in-park announcer for the SF Giants at AT&T Park.

I believe Michael Erickson is also still connected with Kiss-FM. Ric Chase left KMEL, jocked in Sacramento for awhile, and passed away unexpectedly a couple of years ago.

John London had an ill-fated talk show on the similarly ill-fated Free FM (106.9/KIFR). He was fired after saying...uh...inappropriate things about Penn Gillette, whose show was also on the station. London is now syndicated, and carried in the Bay Area on 860AM/KTRB.
