The Most Obnoxious TV Pitchman

First of all, if you are not a cable or satelite subscriber, what do you care? The topic of my comment was out of control paid programming on broadcast and cable/satelite channels and the fact that it needs to be regulated by government means. Your typical neo-con comments of expecting the government to be my nanny and paying for it myself make no sense. As a tax payer and a consumer of goods and services, I expect my government to work for me in my best interests. These cable channels and the cable/satelite companies are getting away with murder, much like most of corporate America and it needs to stop.

???

Everything government does costs me, so it doesn't matter whether I have cable or satellite. You imply falsely that I should only care what government does to cable or satellite if I have cable or satellite. You identified what you think is a problem, and the first thing you think of is turning to the government for help, instead of taking steps to rectify it yourself. I gave you several options how you can dump cable and still get the news and views you want, but instead you respond by labeling and with an attempted insult. Nice.
