I have to say that that new format on 104.9 won't be Rock 'n' Roll oldies since there are too many oldies stations in the market and second, its sister station WICK already has an oldies format despite its cutdown on the disco and early 80's music to avoid competition with the former WWDL.
Whatever the new format is going to be, my guess would be a "Jack"-type format, since such format does not exist in NEPA. However, I'll be going to the Philadelphia area probably next month so while traveling down the PA turnpike I would like to hear what their Jack format sounded like(It's 95.7 "Ben-FM" if anyone from the Philly board has heard about that station).
