I don't work for 'em so this isn't a plug - I had to buy my own copy - but theres a nice little blurb on page 24 of the July issue of D Mag about the guy. Pretty well written if I do say so myself *grin*. Too bad he got scared and turned it off!

Are you talking about the 95.7 pirate that closed up shop a few weeks back?
 
If the FCC shut him down, it will eventually show up on the FCC website (FCC.gov) under the notices of apparent liability. Last I looked, it wasn't there, but I don't know how often they update the site.
It is interesting to look through the people or companies the FCC investigates.
