I don't have the numbers handy, but I recall that WEXC did well in the Meadville-Franklin book during its oldies/classic hits format of 2003-2005. That's astounding when one considers that it was done with virtually no promotion and on a signal that was, up to that time, invisible to most area listeners. Not long after this period, Mike Arch lured Mr. Glunt into the fold and the format went bye-bye.
