From DCRTV: A DCRTV Charm City source tells us that the Federal Communications Commission is going to approve another 96.7 FM for Baltimore, with a power level of 1-watt or so. But it will probably be up on the tall WLIF tower and have fairly decent city-wide coverage. No word on the format. Over the years, the Baltimore area has had several low-power stations on that frequency.....
