I like the new imaging. Much better overall sound than that wise ass voice guy they had before. And that crappy "we play anything" positioning.

Bruce, you're sounding good on the air. I'll bet it feels good to be back on air.

Good luck in beating that "anti-corporate" station at 101.9.

Imaging and voicers are one thing but musically, I can't tell any difference on the 104.5 frequency. It's still a classic rock, not classic hits, station.
 
WJJK-FM was doing pretty well too. I guess Cumulus isn't interested in the Jack format.

"Classic Hits 104.5 Jack FM" is a strange name though.

Yes, it is a little odd, but my guess is that the Jack thing will be evenutally phased out, perhaps when the current contract expires, and the station will be purely a classic hits format. They've pretty much done away with the obscure mix common to the Jack format and it reminds me of the old 103.3 The Fox we had a few years back. Hard telling what will happen with all the niche formats that are constantly popping up.
