We're getting off topic, let's get back to the main subject before something completely unrelated and controversial like politics or religion get involved and this thread gets taken down.

I'll welcome that, but unless something has changed today with 97.1 or 92.1, you can pretty much cue the crickets on this thread.

I agree. I think we can state opinions and back those opinios up with facts. Personal attacks are a different matter, but I think we can have healthy discourse as long as our opinions on a given subject are substantiated by factual evidence.

radioislife2020 stated that you sold the station to Carlos Lopez for $125,000. Yet you stated you bought the station for $250,000. Why would you sell a radio station for half of your investment, especially a station which, as you claim, was wildly successful?

and it was at full operation for most of the time I had it...2170 watts into the 3 tower DA day and 270 night... perhaps you need to correct your statement...I had tons of listeners...

The statement was substantiated. Rosecitymedia cited the public files associated with KLLS showing that the majority of the time you owned the station, it was operating under a Silent STA. Operating under a silent STA means you are off-the-air, not at 2170 watts day, 270 watts night.

Regarding "tons of listeners," can you please post the ratings chart for the Beaumont/Port Arthur stations during the time KLLS was in operation (or silent)?

I bet you don't even live in the signal contour..oh well it shows ...date with the judge is Sept 14th...then onto trial...

Which judge are you meeting with? You do realize that ex parte conferences are in opposition to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Obviously you don't care....and IDGAF about your comments or ideas.

I really hope you aren't taking this matter to trial. If you do, I'll bet you a dollar to a doughnut that your posts, with asociated replies, would find their way into the courtroom, and that would be a disaster (in my humble opinion).
