the new urban Radio 103.9

While there's a definite demographic to target in other parts of the tri-state, due to signal limitations I think they're realistic about primarily targeting Harlem and the Bronx. They held the launch party at Sylvia's in Harlem after all. I'm sure the signal is usable in most of the 5 boroughs but there are certainly pockets where it's not.
I know that, Im just saying that most of the audience there trying to target is in bk, queens and jersey. I wonder if they can put a booster in brooklyn or a translator in queens, but oh well i can care less since i can receive it in jersey city most of the time
