The numbers have it!

Songs with numbers in the title!

Obviously, one of my favorites (as you might guess by my screen name) is "In the Year 2525" by Zager and Evans.

And there is "1999" by Prince.

But there also hidden gems in there, too, like "Another day" (literally, "one other day") by Paul McCartney. And all the "nothing" songs (literally, "no thing"), as mentioned in another (one other) thread.

Have fun, guys!

Strawberry Letter 23--Brothers Johnson
Number 9--Beatles
Beachwood 4-5789--Marvellettes

Len Barry, One, Two, Three.

And, of course, with the season approaching, The Twelve Days of Christmas.

They are not traditional oldies, but both Metallica and U2 have songs naed "One."

U2 gets extra credit for having a number in their name, as well.

Then can I enter UB40, named after the Brit's unemployment benefits form?

And Three Dog Night?

Do they ever actually say "Strawberry Letter 23" in that one? It always sounded to me like they were saying "Strawberry Letter 22." Maybe they were.

Radioman, you might want to submit this one for the food thread, if you haven't already!
