The Oasis Returning In Detroit?

Just killing some time tonight, checking out the "Smooth Jazz" stations on the web, when I clicked on the 104.7 The Oasis site at 1047theoasis.com and it goes to 927theoasis.com Looks like, judging by that, The Oasis could return to the air soon on 92.7.

Don't hold your breath. If I remember correctly, the path to 92.7 is long with a ton of major roadblocks in front of it. Won't say it can't be done but it will take some time if it does happen.

I agree with you Bill. Looks like they have redone their logos to Smooth Jazz 92.7, but there's no official announcement on their site.

Someone on their Facebook page just thanked them for moving to 92.7. They posted it on Sunday, January 8th. Can anyone in Detroit confirm they're back on 92.7? Perhaps they are testing it so that's why there's no official announcement yet?

I went to the oasis website and it says oasis 92.7 fm. They also have a playlist on the website of every song played. I don't live in detriot but im curious if smooth jazz is on 92.7 fm detriot.

Update ... Just this Monday morning at around 10:30, they posted the 92.7 logo on their Facebook along with the simple message "More Details to Come."

So it looks like we're just days away from it being official.
