I would like to know why the NBC version of the Office is so wildly popular. I have watched to original BBC Office and I just roll on the floor laughing when I watch it but I find NBCs version not very funny at all. Too much two bit and mindless humor in the NBC version. I guess I got spoiled on the BBC version because you had to think to get some of the jokes on there.

In fairness, I've never seen the original British version. I love the NBC version with Steve Carrell myself!
