Check out the 'old' location on Google; use historical imagery to view previous scans which show the complete facility.Lines where the ground radials were ripped out can be seen.(2008)

Your lat/lon does not make sense. why the slash? Even google gags on the attempt.

I tried 32.303629, -116.57248. Not good results. You must include the dash or minus before the 116 degrees.

Since XEMO is in T.J. , type in Tijuana, MX, and it centers the map there. Move cursor to the coordinates(they don't show - sign), and you're there!
