The old WIOF W104 building in Prospect CT

As I was traveling through Prospect a couple of times this summer and I stop and visited the old W104 studio there .They were in there in the 1970's with their country format.I wonder who owns it now.The place looks good today as somebody keeping it look good.As I was there I took some snap shots of it.Does anybody have any info on it.Thanks.

Skip.

I worked for Merv Griffin Radio's Magic104/WIOF in the late '70's - early '80's. On the top of Route 69, it was also known as "Magic Mountain". There were issues with flooding in the back of the bldg., also a tree in front of the microwave dish. Otherwise, good times!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's now home to WJMJ, 88.9

WJMJ's studios are at the old WTXX tower site on the hill in Prospect. Last I heard the Prospect building that formally housed WIOF was still owned by iHeart but that was a few years ago.
