In general, the angry, aging, cranky, jingoistic white male Baby Boomer contingent thrives on that board. Their latest thread on unpaid internships is yet another classic example. Regardless of one's position on the issue, so much of what is being posted there is just vile, cranky bile from people who don't seem to have much of a clue about today's workplace realities (especially those *in* radio) and who also seem to consider just about everyone under the age as 35 as a lazy, entitled, freeloading bum that lives with their parents. And of course Glucksman is leading the charge!

I don't check the other board as often as I used to...

But I found that post where someone thought he was in charge of, or moderated most boards related to radio rather funny....he apparently had to come out and say that the NYRB was the only one he moderated.
when I first saw the title, I couldn't possibly imagine what it was about ;o)...

He said that someone "high up" called him and asked him to edit a thread title about WABC Radio that was posted here.
