Although I believe WFAS' owner has a sister station or two that has country formats in upper Westchester...
 
How will WFAS-FM be able to transmit from the Bronx without interfering with reception of WKTU or WAXQ? Their current format would comptete with WLTW and Fresh 102.7. Will they lose advertisers aiming at Weschester consumers?

106.3 has been rebroadcasting WPDH for at least a year now, I believe.

It won't. Even if it did, they're a grandfathered pre-1964 allocation so it doesn't matter.
