The Party Line with Rico G. - Zeo Radio

I mentioned this show a while ago on this board, but no one had really heard of it.

Here's the demo: http://www.zeoradio.com/player.php?d=TPL

It sounds like a rip-off of Open House Party, but I wanted to comapre the two, but I can't find it on any station anywhere, and there doesn't seem to be an actual website. The site mentioned on the demo just takes you to the Zeo Radio site.

Has anyone heard this show on an actual radio station?

Rico is no Kane, or John Garrabedian for that matter..

No kidding... And the big guest?? A DJ from WPLJ. That means nothing to people outside New York City.

I do wish OHP would screen the callers. It used to sound like cool people were calling in from parties all over. Now it's always someone sitting at home doing nothing. If you air 4 calls an hour surely you can get four good ones out of the hundreds that come in.

That said, I still think the show sounds good after all these years.

A couple weeks ago, they aired a call from some hilljack workin the BP that wanted to hear the Safety Dance. Why would they air that?! Most local stations don't even put calls that stupid on the air.
