I had a chance to meet Bouncin' Bill last year at the IBA Job Fair in Indy when he was passing out demo tapes and resumes. He was one heck of a nice guy and still incredibly enthusiastic about radio. It just goes to show you that once you catch the radio bug, it never fades.
His CD featured several clips from his WIBC days. In today's radio world, he would probably be described as zaney and too over the top, but his approach back then was exactly how top 40 radio was supposed to be done. Unlike many of the radio shows you hear today, his show had a pulse, and I'm sure he had quite a following back in the day. He will be missed.
I never had a chance to meet Bouncin Bill Baker, as I entered the market, (almost a year ago) I have heard about this talented person, that will surely be missed.

He did some weekend work for Quinn at KLU a few years ago.
